How terribly sad to read the passing of Mr Rapsey. A beloved headmaster. Not many people you meet in life are truely inspirational but Mr Rapsey was. I still remember vividly the moment that he plucked me from assembly and said “ may I present the new captain of the school “ How proud I was , and remain , of that moment. It must have been 1983. Only the best was good enough at Hillcroft school. And only the best was good enough for Mr ( and Mrs ) Rapsey. My sincere condolences to Mrs Rapsey and to Toby. Rest well FR x
